News Malta will re-open to all destinations as from the 15th July 2020.

Government has today announced that all travel restrictions will be lifted and as from the 15th July 2020 Malta will re-open to all destinations. Furthermore, a further six countries had been added to the list of safe destinations for when the airport officially reopens on July 1st. These are Italy, France, Poland, Spain, Croatia and Greece, although restrictions on flights from certain regions in France, Spain and Italy, including northern Italy, will apply.

The first group of destinations that were already announced to be reopening for travel were Germany, Austria, Sicily, Cyprus, Switzerland, Sardegna, Iceland, Slovakia, Norway, Denmark, Hungary, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Israel, Latvia, Estonia, Luxembourg, and the Czech Republic.
