Itinerary

We will meet at the airport at 5.00pm for the direct Ryanair flight to Palma de Mallorca departing at 7.20pm and arriving at 9.25pm. Upon arrival, we will proceed to our central 4-star hotel in Palma - Hotel Almudaina (or similar), check in and overnight.

On our first half-day excursion we’ll explore the Capital City of Palma. After breakfast, we’ll enjoy a walking tour of the famous promenade and the city centre where we’ll see the beautiful cathedral. We will have time to stroll along the many shops in the old town centre. Afternoon free for leisure time.

After breakfast, we’ll have a full-day excursion to Formentor, Port of Pollensa. We’ll cross Mallorca from the south to the north, admiring the beautiful views of the Majorcan landscape. We’ll have a short stop in the city of Inca, internationally famous for its shoe industry and leather goods. Then our coach will take us to Formentor where we can enjoy a beautiful view of the Port of Pollensa. From here, we’ll proceed to the Port of Pollensa admiring the millenial olive trees. On the return to hotel, we’ll have a stop in Binissalem for lunch (extra).

Breakfast and today we visit another part of Mallorca. This half-day excursion will take us to the beautiful Valldemossa, a picturesque town tucked away in the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca. It is where Chopin spent a winter in 1838. We will visit the Cartreuse, the old pharmacy, the church and its different cells. We’ll return to the hotel and have a free afternoon.

After breakfast, today’s excursion will take us to the Caves of Drach. We’ll travel across the small towns of Algaida, Montuiri and Vilafranca. Here, we’ll visit the Orquidea Pearls shop. Later, we’ll head to Porto Cristo for a visit to the famous Caves of Drach, a wonderful piece of nature. We will have some time to explore the largest subterranean lake in the world. Afterwards, we’ll make our way to the airport for our return flight to Malta departing at 10.00pm and arriving in Malta at 11.59pm.
