Itinerary

We meet at the airport at 3pm for our KM Malta Airlines flight departing at 5.25pm and arriving in Vienna airport at 7.45pm. We will make our way to Brno where we check-in at hotel.

Today’s excursion will start with a walking tour of the charming city of Brno, the second largest city in Czech Republic famous for its gastronomy and modern architecture, where we will explore the main sights of the city centre. We will admire the remarkable square, old town hall, St. Peter’s & Paul Cathedral, and Capuchin Monastery. We will also visit the vegetable market situated over a labyrinth of underground corridors that were used to store food, brew beer and mature wine, which will also be visited. After the walking tour, we will be visit the Christmas market at freedom square and have free time to continue personal sightseeing and to enjoy the market at our own pace.

Today’s excursion will take us to visit the beautiful city of Prague. We will see interesting places such as the Castle, the lovely Cathedral of St. Vitus and walk along Charles’ Bridge, famous for its 30 statues. We wilk be having free time to visit the Christmas markets at the old town square and also for personal sightseeing. One can stroll around Wenceslas Square or take a boat trip on the Vltava River (extra).

Today’s excursion will take us to visit one of the most important karst areas of central Europe, consisting of numerous caves and gorges. We will be visiting Punk Cave (extra, to pre-book) where we will be able to walk through underground passages decorated with stalactites and stalagmites, as far as the bottom of the world-famous Macocha Abyss. Following the foot walk, if weather permits, we can proceed to a boat ride along the river Punka. On our way back to Brno, we will be visiting the Olympia Shopping centre, having some free time for shopping.

Bratislava for a walking tour of the capital city of Slovakia. We will explore the main sites by strolling through the streets from the Old Town Hall to the modern UFO Bridge. We will have the opportunity to visit the magical Christmas markets, where we can enjoy the traditional food and drinks, between the stunning Gothic and Baroque architecture glowing streets, and also shop for some souvenirs.

Check-out from hotel and we will be transferred to the centre of Vienna, the capital city of Austria and one of the most beautiful cities in all Europe. We will start with a walking tour through the city’s historic centre visiting the most popular landmarks. In the afternoon we will have the opportunity to enjoy the festive spirit at the magical Christmas markets that Vienna has to offer. Late in the afternoon transferred to Vienna airport for flight departing at 8.35pm, arriving in Malta at 10.55pm.
