French Balcony means that a railing is placed directly behind the glass, meaning that one cannot step out onto a separate space.

Itinerary
We meet at the airport at 2pm for our KM Malta Airlines flight to Brussels departing at 4.30pm and arriving at 7.35pm. We will be transferred to Dusseldorf to check-in at hotel for the first night.
After breakfast we will check-out from the hotel and be transferred to Dusseldorf to board the 4*river cruise – MS VIVA ONE. Upon embarkation we will be assigned our cabin and have some free time. Departure of the cruise from Dusseldorf will be at 5.00pm.
Breakfast on board and this morning we will have the opportunity to visit the City of Cologne including its Cathedral, being the city’s landmark, located directly on the banks of the Rhine and the main train station. One can opt to take the cable car running over the Rhine, to admire the fantastic view of the city.
Breakfast on board and this morning we arrive in Mainz, the state capital of Rhineland-Palatinate, located directly on the Rhine. The St. Martin’s Cathedral, which is well worth seeing, is one of the special sights, as are numerous monuments and fountains. Spacious parks and green spaces offer a leisurely stroll. One can admire historical buildings witnessing an eventful history from Roman times to the modern day.
Breakfast on board and this morning we will sail to Koblenz, arriving at 1pm. After lunch we will visit this impressive city, located at the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle. Once can also visit the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress offering a wonderful view of the city and its two rivers.
After breakfast disembarkation will follow at Dusseldorf. We then board the coach to make our way to Brussels, where we will have some free time in the city centre. Afterwards we will proceed to Brussels airport for our return flight departing at 8.25pm and arriving in Malta at 11.20pm.
